Can I get a physical sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes — every order starts with a production-line sample shipped to you for approval. We don't cut bulk yardage until you've signed off on the physical piece.
What's the minimum order quantity?
MOQs range from 300 to 2,000 units depending on the product line. Mixed-SKU orders across product types can often be combined to reach MOQ — ask us when you request a quote.
How is jute actually more sustainable than cotton or plastic totes?
Jute is 100% biodegradable, requires far less water and pesticide to grow than cotton, and the crop absorbs significantly more CO₂ per hectare during its short 100-day growth cycle. Documentation on our sourcing is provided per order.
Do you ship internationally, and who handles customs?
We ship to 40+ countries. You can choose FOB, CIF, or DDP Incoterms — DDP means we handle customs and deliver to your door, which most first-time international buyers prefer.
Can you match our brand colors and print our logo?
Yes — screen and digital printing are both available, from a single-colour logo to full-colour branding, woven labels, or laminated interiors. Send your brand kit and we'll quote the customization.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on confirmation and 70% against shipping documents. Repeat accounts can move to net payment terms after the first few orders.
