How Sampling Works
Submit Your Sample Request
Fill in the form below or message us on WhatsApp. Share your bag category, size, material, handle type, quantity and print or colour details.
We respond within 24 hoursReceive Your Sample Quotation
We send you the exact sample cost, estimated lead time and courier cost. For printed or embroidered samples, we first send a digital mockup for your artwork approval before producing the physical sample.
Quoted within 48 hoursPay Sample Cost in Advance
Sample cost is paid in advance via bank transfer, UPI (India) or PayPal (international). Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Sample Production & Dispatch
Your sample is produced to your specification. Once ready, we send photos for a pre-dispatch check, then ship via courier — domestic courier within India, or DHL / FedEx for international buyers.
You Review the Sample
Check material, dimensions, stitching, colour, print, handles and finish. You may request revisions if anything doesn't match your brief.

Once you're satisfied, send us your written approval by email or WhatsApp. This is what triggers the start of bulk production — nothing moves forward without it.

Your bulk order invoice is issued with the sample cost deducted, where applicable. Domestic India orders start from 500 pieces; international orders start from 2,000 pieces.
