These terms apply to sample requests, quotations, and bulk orders placed with HappyJute.

Sample requests

A small fee applies to sample orders, communicated to you before dispatch. Sample fees are separate from bulk order pricing.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders are confirmed in writing, including agreed specifications, quantity, pricing and estimated delivery timeline, before production begins.

Custom and made-to-order goods

Because our bags are manufactured to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the finished goods do not match the confirmed specification.

Lead times

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, customisation and shipping method.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
